We kindly ask you to read and understand the following Terms and Conditions that apply when booking any Visit or party at Bonkerz Fun Centre, Llandudno:

1. You are required to pay a £50.00 deposit in order to secure your Party Booking. Until your deposit is received your party can be declined.
2. Once your £50.00 deposit has been paid, you are accepting all Party Booking Terms and Conditions.
3. The remaining balance of your party will be payable on the day of your party.
4. Bonkerz reserves the right to change the content of any party booking with like-for-like contents.
5. If you choose to cancel your party booking your deposit is non-refundable and must be notified by a phone call to the venue, 01492 871666. We DO NOT accept emails as a form of Party cancellation.
6. All cancellations must be notified within 7 days prior to your play/party,
7. If you wish to transfer your play/party booking to a different date and/or time, you will be required to pay a £10.00 transfer charge at the time of doing so.
8. By booking a party, you are agreeing to our Rules of Play, which can be found on our website

9. The party organiser should inform Bonkerz Fun Centre of any food allergies, so that we can discuss various options if applicable.
10. Bonkerz Fun Centre reserves the right to cancel or reject any booking within the venue at any given time without prior notice or compensation
11. Bonkerz Fun Centre can cancel any booking in the event of fraud or misuse of our facilities. Refunds relating to parties already booked will be done on a case by case basis.
12. Parties are a minimum of 10 guests unless otherwise stated. If less that 10 guests attend the party, the amount payable will be for 10.
13. During busy periods Bonkerz cannot guarantee that additional adults will be seated.
On Your Party Day
1. The party organiser should arrive 10 minutes before the start of your party booking to greet your guests. All party guests will be signed in on entry and make their food choice.
2. Please ask all guests to wear suitable long sleeved clothing when using our facilities – particularly our slides! All guests MUST wear their smelly socks during their entire visit or they cannot play.
3. If your guests wish to bring in extra siblings to the party that are not party guests, they will need to pay the full admission price.
4. No outside food (except birthday cakes) are to be brought into Bonkerz Fun Centre under any circumstances.
5. It is compulsory for all parents and guardians to supervise their child(ren) at all times for the duration of their Party at Bonkerz Fun Centre. Bonkerz Fun Centre cannot accept any responsibility for any accidents that occur due to unsupervised play.

All Admission types

1. We are unable to refund general admissions on the day and will require a minimum of 7 days notice in order to move or refund your booking.
2. If you need to add people onto your booking whilst keeping within any guidelines, we will require notice via phone or message, any extra payments can be made on-site.
3. We are not able to give extra time if you are late to a 90 minute session
